Are you ready to bust through your running plateaus? As long as you've been running consistently for at least three months (doesn't matter at what pace as long as you've got the base) then you'll love these fun and supportive classes! Workouts include tempo runs, intervals, hill repeats, fartleks, drills, plyometrics, stride-outs, stretching, core-conditioning and more. I will be at the workout in full coach mode with the goal of helping you to improve your form, pace, and confidence. My goal is not to force you to "push through pain" but to teach you how to run mindfully and joyfully with proper form and pacing at your aerobic threshold. The only person you'll ever be competing with is yourself -- and sometimes this means learning how to rein yourself in so you don't bonk out at the end! Please bring a mat for the core.
