 What is it?

This program is for anyone who's interested in getting back to basic running shape.  Whether it's for races or just to get back into running shape, my goal is to get you to enjoy being outside and getting your energy back up.   Jogging and Running is a great way to maintain physical fitness and have good energy for everyday life. 

This program will target local 5k events within the South Sound and Tacoma area  to help you stay motivated. 

Where!

Rainier Vista Communty Park - Off Ruddell and 45 SE  in Lacey, WA

Meet next to the Skateboard parking (there is a covered area just in case it rains)

Workout Program!

For the hour of excercise the routine will include: 1. warmup properly (bring extra warm clothing)  2. Plyometric/Grass Drills  3. workout (hills, interval and tempo) 4. Cool Down  5.  4 to 6 core strength workouts 6. stretching

When and Cost! Starting November 27th, 2011

The group will meet once a week on Sundays at 9am.  $5.00/per Sunday workout.
