Why train for a Half 2026?
It's been 7 years +/- that I have trained for any event.  Lately I've been asked by numerous customers about training/coaching advise, mainly about marathons.  Most inquiries were about Fall events so I figure what a better time to consult these individuals than now.
As per my advise to them I challenged them to train for a Half in Spring so to learn proper training and develop some speed.   
This has lead to challenging myself to see if I could get back on the horse and start from ZERO.  A great opportunity for myself to lead by example and teach my techniques. 
My goal will be a reasonable 1:45 for my half.  ultimately this journey is about teaching others about proper training based on my 40 years of running and coaching.
